Written by:

PLEASE JOIN US on Thursday April 14th as Hungarian Artist Clara Berta will open her studio and gallery to the public from 3-9 pm, showing her latest work from the Spectrum and Flow series. She will be celebrating her heritage on World Art Day with her art exhibit and live Hungarian Gypsy Music by Jozsi Baki from 7-9 pm.

This BertaArt event is part of WORLD ART DAY / WEEKEND which starts Wednesday with a fund-raising reception, followed by all kinds of great events through Sunday! All of Downtown Los Angeles will be celebrating.

Organized by the fine folks at the Downtown LA Art Walk (Qathryn Brehm, Nat George, José Navarrete), there are many options of fun free art and music events, including a reception at my studio. Coincides with the Downtown Los Angeles ArtWalk, one of the best Los Angeles events.

Some great live music at Art Share L.A. Art Cher, a new Artwalk after-party by Jeremy Sole-too, and a Sunday Brewery tour with Dale Youngman, Jeremy Quant and Baha H. Danesh.

About BertaArt Studio:

Clara Berta – a Los Angeles-based Abstract Painter – lives and works in the heart of the newly revitalized Downtown LA. Her work studio and gallery BertaArt Studios has recently become listed on the Downtown LA Art Walk map and is now a popular stop on the Second Thursday Downtown LA Art Walk. A prolific painter with an extensive body of work, the exhibit changes every month, as she adds to and rotates her extensive inventory. Inspired by the fast pace and ever-changing landscape of Downtown Los Angeles, her mixed-media paintings have recently become more vibrant, alive with movement, and even more textural.
